With the right nutrition it is possible to gain energy back and also control piling on of pounds as well as decrease chances of pregnancy induced diseases like gestational diabetes. Along with a detailed meal plan, you will get a video strategy session with Michelle as she teaches how to meal prep in an easy and do-able way. Some cardio workouts that are fun and easy to get through which you can do at home also. Proper Nutrition and workouts are the perfect formula for a strong, healthy and fit pregnancy.

What will I learn?

The 3-Week Curriculum in a nutshell

As soon you sign up to the Challenge, you will receive a comprehensive Challenge Guide and Recipes book, that allows you properly prepare for the start! You will find info on the challenge guidelines, how to calculate net carbs, what to drink and eat (and not), how to avoid side effects, get tools to track your progress and much more!

During the first week of the pregnancy Challenge you will be introduced to the basics of the HEALTHY Diet and important home exercise, science of healthy Diet and learn how to ease-in into the new way of eating. You will receive comprehensive list of foods you can eat (and shouldn’t!) and get tips how to upgrade your cooking skills to fit HEALTHY lifestyle. In addition, you will be introduced to the habit building science and as part of it, learn to identify the cues that trigger your temptations for unhealthy foods. With help of few simple rules, we will show you how to define a solid action plan for success.

In the second week you will learn more about pregnancy nutrition and will be introduced to the powerful strategies that will allow you to stay on track with your goals. We will look deeper into different actions and tools that will help to test HEALTH and escalate your results. As the week advances, you will get to apply more behavioural science methods to ensure success of your new healthy lifestyle.

The last week of the challenge is focused on making sure you can sustain the pregnancy Diet once the Challenge is over. You will get to try a strict macro tracking to test how your body and mind reacts to the more advanced HEALTH strategies. In the end of the week you will suddenly find yourself in a more confident, aware about health and diet, energized and focused through the days.

You can choose from 21 Day Vegan Meal Plan and 21 Day Regular Meal Plan and there is a new meal plan with a shopping list, macros and detailed recipes for each week of the challenge.

This program is designed with a busy lifestyle in mind. All daily actions do not take more than 5-10 minutes a day and cooking does not require more than 15-30 minutes of your day.
