Acne is of the most common problem in all generations but most common at age of 20-30. There are various reasons to have acne on the face or on back. Prevention is always better than cure so healthy diet plays a major role on acne. We can prevent acne by using different medicines and cosmetics but whatever goes inside shows outside. Acne issues are most commonly based on what food we eat.
