1. What was the idea behind your venture and why you thought to start it?
Trying to lose weight is difficult and needs proper direction. It requires healthy lifestyle and mindful eating with regular activity. Today's society lives a sedentary lifestyle and eats lots of fattening foods. Due to increasing awareness of multiple health risks of being obese, weight loss and lifestyle modifications are the commonest goals people have today. And i want everyone to understand that there are not shortcuts for healthy weight and habits. Hence i started this so that i can help or guide one who has same goal in right direction which can help them stay away from unhealthy or very strict diet plans but still reach to there goal with lifestyle modification and healthy eating.
2. What is your “Mantra” to success and how important is “Growth” for you?
Mantra for success is nothing but helping people with there goals by making that process feasible for them after considering there eating patterns,likes and dislikes. Growth -My definition of growing is getting lots of positive responses from my clients and giving them good results.Their satisfaction means growth. And i would love to have such type of growth.
3. What is that one incident/decision of your life, which changed you?
Decision of choosing this field as my career helped me change myself completely. As i got chance to help people get relive from there medical issues and then giving blessings to me. There blessings are the best thing which keeps happening every now and then giving me lot if positive vibes ,helping me stay positive always.
4. If one needs to know you in one line, how will you describe yourself?
I am always energetic and eager to meet new people and learn new things from them.
5. Do you agree that there is too much competition around? According to you end of the day, what matters, victory or satisfaction?
Yes absolutely competition is around but what is the fun if there is no competition around. Competition help you put more efforts which is very much needed for any work. And more efforts always help you get satisfaction. End of the day satisfaction matters a lot. If you are satisfied with your work victory will come to you only.

7. Where is your startup located? What are your plans for expansion?
My start up is located in Dombivli East ,MIDC area and expansion depends completely on positive feed backs and satisfaction of my clients.
8. Being a woman you have to handle a lot of things- tell us how you maintain work-life balance.
Being woman means you need to be multi tasking. My family help me a lot in maintaining work life balance including my five years old daughter.
9. Where do you see your brain-child in next 2-3 years from now?
Ha ha not thinking about this yet as i mentioned earlier client's satisfaction only helps you grow so concentrating on that.
10. Last but not least, how you are managing personal and professional life, any tips and tricks you wish to give to our readers.
My family is helping me a lot to balance my work and personal life. Tips are 1)Always stay positive with what you do and trust yourself even if you get any negative feed backs. 2)Spend quality time with your kids and family really helps you stay satisfied on both ends. 3)do not run behind the money or luxurious life. 4)Never say any negative thing about anything which puts you down.
Best Food All food stuff is good if taken in controlled portions. As your body needs everything but every food's portions are different. Any thing extra or too less is not good. Not off course junk meals i am talking about.
