A Nutritious, balanced diet is crucial for good bone and muscles health in childhood and in later life. It is important to encourage a healthy relationship with food and eating as early as possible.

When we eat junk food which is processed most of the time, it increases cholesterol (LDL) & high sodium content which can lead to cardiovascular diseases and obesity. Junk food also has a high amount of sugar in it which can lead to Diabetes type 2. The high amount of sodium in junk food causes water retention which gives a feeling of bloating, nausea.

Fast food gives a feeling of fullness for a shorter time. Junk food shows the hazardous effect on skin, nails & Hair. Junk food has a high amount of carbohydrates in it which causes acne. Carbohydrate from junk food is like food for Acne bacteria.

Carbohydrates and Processed sugar increase acids inside the body which shows bad effects on bones and muscles.

Zinc is one of the most important minerals for fertility. Zinc-rich food is chickpeas, lentils, and beans, pumpkin; nuts. Zinc is totally absent in junk food hence it decreases fertility.

The main cause of obesity is Junk food. This junk food has trans fat in it. trans fat mainly found in processed fried food.

A healthy diet contains Dairy Products-Aim to eat 3-4 servings per day. You may find difficult to get enough calcium. if you don't eat a dairy product. Fruits and vegetables are good sources of vitamins and minerals and phytochemicals. Eat a variety of different fruit and vegetables to gain the full range of different nutrients.

Grains, Cereals, and potatoes such as Chapati (roti), Breakfast cereals provide fiber, protein, Vitamin, and Minerals but their main job is to supply the energy used to power our muscles.
