One should eat organic seasonal fruits, more green vegetables, more citrus fruits, remain hydrated by drinking lukewarm water. One should drink 12 glasses of liquid daily. This type of diet will keep the body light and energetic. Sufficient rest and natural sunlight will add in making the skin glow.

Eating dark green leafy vegetables like spinach, lettuce, coriander, parsley, broccoli and mustard leaves help to get rid of skin dullness.

Fruits like mango which are rich in antioxidants which prevent premature aging, banana prevents premature wrinkling, papaya cleanses the skin of impurities, citrus fruits help in collagen synthesis and apple tones the skin.

Few other foods besides fruits and vegetables are eggs, brown rice, green tea, red wine, dark chocolate help to maintain the radiant glow of the skin.
